Awards
We advertise for presentations without limitation of study fields under the theme, "Inter-field Communication" in this year. We need a great deal of knowledge and efforts in order to extend our findings for someone in different research area. However, we can impress and empathize each other if we share in our knowledge.
Our workshop will be held with a view to the communication of global knowledge. In this workshop, the excellent presenters, who shared in their findings with a number of participant's support, are awarded prizes. We will decide the awards according to votes of the participants along with discussion by Awards Committee that professors take a leading part.
In our workshop, we will reserve the awards mentioned below. In addition, there have possibilities that the names of awards are changed.
Evaluation Methods
In this workshop, the presenters receive recognition by participants under the theme, gInter-Field Communicationh. General evaluation methods go as follow.
- Constitution of your paper
- Precision of the aim and problem
- Easy explain for the inter-field researcher
- Active communication
Award committee and participants evaluate under above-mentioned items. Also, each participant evaluate 3 posters that award committee choose in a random manner. Finally, award committee deliberate and decide the award winner.
IEEE Best Award (Award 30,000 yen, one person)
In our workshop, an excellent presenter, who has been shared in his/her findings with most participant's support, are awarded a prize.
Outstanding Poster Presentation Award (Award 30,000 yen, one person)
A greatest presenter in our workshop is awarded a prize.
Undergraduate Student Award (Award 30,000 yen, one person)
A greatest presenter in undergraduate students is awarded a prize
Sponsor Award (a few persons)
This is the award of our sponsors, and they will decide award winner depending on a point of view of each sponsor.
Participant's Award (Extra prize 10,000 yen, a few persons)
These award winners are decided by drawing lots in participants.
