Message from TYRW

Our workshop, IEEE Tokyo Young Researchers Workshop, was founded by the support of IEEE Tokyo Section, one of the geographical units of the IEEE seven years ago.

IEEE is the world's largest proffesional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity.

IEEE Tokyo Young Researchers Workshop is a group of young researchers (mainly students) who agree the mission of the IEEE. We, young researchers are going to be scientists in the next generation, therefore we should have our own dream and become a part of movements around the world. To exercise the potential of a young researcher, in addition to knowledge of his own research field, he also need knowledge of other field's researchs, communication skill to explain his own research achievment, and management ability to realize his project.

Our workshop try to build networks among young researchers, students and teachers in many fields, and people in companies.

To develop the science and to create novel apprications, we should share common awareness of many issues, and we also need to have some oppotunities to train ourselves. Therefore, it is important for us to make a chance to train ourselves by not only our own colleges and societies but also by ourselves.

Our workshop hope we will be assist for many persons to become excellent researchers in the future.
