Welcome
This committee was the name as IEEE Tokyo Young Researchers Workshop (IEEE TYRW) from establishment of this committee to the 10th workshop. The name was changed to The IEEE Transdisciplinary-Oriented Workshop for Emerging Researchers (IEEE TOWERS) from the 11th Workshop. The purpose is to make it the friendly name. As many people as well know and participate this workshop. It's to reorganize more committee according to the change in the time. see here for activity for 11 years in the past in this workshop, please.
